Frames and mechanisms are covered for 5 years and canopy fabric for 2 years from the installation date. The warranty covers manufacturing faults, not damage from leaving an umbrella open in strong wind. We keep spare parts in stock after the warranty ends too.

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. In-stock orders in Cairo and Giza usually arrive within 7 days, and other governorates take a little longer. Made-to-measure pergolas get a delivery date that we agree with you when you confirm the design.

Yes. Our own installation teams fit umbrellas and pergolas. The technician fixes the base or anchor bolts to suit your floor and tests the opening and tilt with you. Lounge furniture arrives assembled, or the technician assembles it on site.

Our engineer visits to measure the space and check the sun direction, floor type and fixing points. The fee is 10% of the delivery price for your governorate. You can book the visit from the inspection page on this site.

We build pergolas to the dimensions of your space and price them per square metre, starting at 4,200 EGP per m². Enter your measurements in the 3D designer to see the shape and an estimated price. We fix the final price after the site visit.

You can pay by card online through our payment gateway, or in cash on delivery. Made-to-measure pergolas need a deposit, paid online before production starts. You pay the balance at installation.

Close the umbrella at night and whenever the wind picks up, and wash the fabric with water and mild soap, without a stiff brush. In winter, keep it closed inside its cover, or remove the canopy and store it dry. On the North Coast, rinse the frame with fresh water once a month to clear the salt.
