Enter your order number to see where your order is and what each status means.
Where is my tracking number?
Your order number appears on the confirmation page after checkout, and we also send it to you by email. It always starts with ORD-, for example ORD-10482. Type it in the box above to see your order status.
What each status means
- Pending: we have received your order and not reviewed it yet.
- Confirmed: we have reviewed the order and confirmed your payment or cash-on-delivery details.
- Processing: we are preparing the item in the warehouse, or building it in the factory if it is made to measure.
- Ready for shipping: the order is packed and waiting for the courier or the installation team.
- In shipping: the order is on its way, and the driver will call you before arriving.
- Completed: you have received the order, and installation is done if you booked it.
- Cancelled: you or we cancelled the order, and any amount paid goes back to the original payment method.
