Basit is where our center-pole range starts: a simple umbrella for a garden table, a house rooftop, or a wide balcony. It uses lower-cost parts than Wadi, with a slimmer pole, a lighter canopy and a pulley instead of a crank. It suits family use on calm days, and we do not recommend it for a restaurant that keeps it open all day or for windy sites.
